How Free Trials Work

Taskae offers a 14-day free trial for every new workspace. 🔹 During the Trial: - You have full access to the plan you select. - Try out all features without restrictions. 🔹 When the Trial Ends: - You’ll receive email reminders before it expires. - To continue uninterrupted, pick a paid plan and add your payment details. - If you don’t upgrade, your workspace may be paused until you choose a plan. 👉 Next: Upgrading or Downgrading Plans

Managing Billing & Invoices

Stay on top of your billing from your dashboard. 🔹 Update Payment Method: 1. Go to Billing & Plans. 2. Click Payment Methods. 3. Add or update your card or payment provider. 🔹 View Invoices: - See your payment history under Invoices. - Download receipts for your records. 🔹 Contact Support: If you have billing questions or issues, reach out to our Support Team anytime.

Upgrading or Downgrading Plans

Need to switch plans? It’s easy: 1. Go to Billing & Plans in your workspace settings. 2. Click Change Plan. 3. Pick your new plan (Essentials, Business, or Enterprise). 4. Confirm and pay securely. Plan changes take effect immediately — upgrades are pro-rated! 👉 Next: Managing Billing & Invoices
